The support services are mainly dedicated to user application support and training, as system maintenance, data loading and upgrades are fully transparent to the users.

Advanced technical user support is also available to help you with - for example - advanced data analysis methodologies, implementation of specific algorithms or with monitoring, detection or alerting strategies.

Support is provided through a combination of periodical on-site and webinar coaching as needed, as well as by email, on-line demonstrations and phone support. A helpdesk system (Email and Website) is available to all customers where requests are recorded, tracked and followed-up on in a timely fashion.
